Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at Service4ubling04@outlook.com with your order number for assistance. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee modifications as orders will quickly enter the shipping process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and inquiry link. You can also visit the 17track.net website and enter the tracking number to check the logistics status.
Do I need to pay duties or other taxes?
No. All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, and we handle cross-border customs clearance uniformly. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Return and exchange policy
We offer a 40-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase (whether due to quality issues, wrong item received, or simply a change of heart), you can initiate a return or exchange within 40 days of receiving the order.

Return shipping cost?

- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of heart): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Lost or damaged during shipping
Please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information. We will verify the situation with the courier company and provide you with a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost or damaged.
